YOUR ARRIVAL IN LYON / DEPARTURE FROM LYON
Your plane boarding cards won't be available before 48h your departure.
At the airport or train station.
An All Salsa Volunteer will come and take care of you (note that you may use with public transport much more easier than by car).
Living Lyon, we will of course organise the transportation to take you back to airport or trainstation.
Note that for living Lyon, you have to absolutely respect the scedule we will give you !.

YOUR HOTEL & ALL SALSA SHUTTLES
Unfortunately your hotel is not close to the place event or easy access walking.
But it will only take 10/15 minutes by car, from hotel to the place event (easier and shorter than last edition).
A shuttle (8 persons + an other one 6 persons if needed), will take you from the hotel to the place event at 9h15/11h15/13h15.... And so on. .
And from the place to the hotel (departure 10h45/12h45/14h45...).
Have a look at your workshops schedule to program your departure form the hotel at the good time .
Thank you for respecting this schedule shuttles, to help us organise at the best for every artist this week end.
Rooms will have to be lived at 12 AM.
Remember your referent is Charly for all about transportation.
THE PLACE EVENT & SOUND MATERIELS
Markadas Dance Center - 20 Avenue du Docteur Schweitzer - 69330 Meyzieu.
Easy access by public transport - Tramway T3 - Stop "les Pannettes" and then 2 minutes walking.
Free parking in front the place.
3 indoor dancing rooms with parquet, miror, climatisaiton & one outdoor room (concrete floor & reception room 50m2).
Each space is equiped with Bluetouth, headset micro, mix table with MP3 Jack.
NOTE FOR DJS - You have to come with all your materiel to connect by RCA or XLR (including your own cables).

BREAKFAST - LUNCH - FOOD - DRINKS
All food, meals, drinks will be served only at Markadase Dance Center (no food or drinks will be provided at the hotel).
One private room indoor & One VIP space outdoor will be dedicated to you.
All food & Drinks will be served to you, in the dedicated spaces (you won't be served at bar).
For all meals you will enjoy classic or vegy offer - But note that you will have to make your way with the menu proposed.
Thanks to inform your food referent in case of "spectific demands".
Hot and fresh quality meals will be provided at fixed hours (12h/14h and 19h/23h).
In case you cant' be on time for meal, food will be in access in fridge with microwave.
You will also have access to our Food Truck partner .

SCHEDULE WORKSHOPS & MIX
Thanks to check in detail the schedule edited on website page "Program".
Unfortunately there is no way now, to change this schedule (hours or your wokrhops, mix...).
We can only arrange details, like level or item of your workshop.
THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING the timing of 50/55 minutes max per each workshop.
Most workshops will be full - Please remember to change lines, and orgnaise classroom disposiiton.
To help you, volunteer will be there to remember this elements (changing lines & timing respect - 10 & 5 min. ends).
For socials... Thank you as usual, for enjpying and sharing with everone, and we will be glad to orgnaise an amazing descarga with all artists, should it be mambo, cuban, calena (satruday nighjt at 1AM in Room 3). Hope you will be !.
Note that for Djs, we will edite a detailed program mix for each night and each roomo.
